Does Jeff Gutt have the “X Factor” to be this year’s winner on “The X Factor USA?”
A Returning Hopeful Jeff has made his way to Top Final 3 on TXFU since Season 2 of the reality show. He first auditioned in 2012 and impressed the judges with his rendition of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.” He got the unanimous vote the first time he went on stage. But Jeff failed to make the cut at the boot camp and got voted off even before the live shows began.
This did not stop Cohen from finding his stars. He went back to the show this season and first wooed the judges with “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing,” by Aerosmith.
There was a cold response from the judges and Gutt was given another chance to prove his worth. He was asked to sing a second song and he won the judges with his cover of “Creep” by Radiohead.
Jeff made it to Top final 40, and one of the ten finalists in Over 25s act headed by Kelly Rowland. He beat out fellow contestants and advanced to Top 16 through the “X Factor” twist - - the Four Chair Challenge.
No criticisms had stopped Jeff until he made it to the “X Factor USA” Top Final 3.
His Songs America only had the chance to hear Jeff sang twice when the hopeful from Michigan tried his luck in Season 2 of the “X Factor.” But America and the world have seen him the whole time this season. From a dual song for his audition to his victory songs, Jeff has had all the chance to prove America what he can do.
