Fans would hate to know it, but Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Episode 12 Get Up, Stand Up (midseason/ winter finale) had a cliffhanger ending. It was April Kepner's and Matthew Taylor's wedding day when all the doctors were absorbed in dealing with their own problems.
Cristina, Meredith And Shane
Tension between Cristina and Meredith continued to rise and they continued to fight over their researches involving the new 3D printer. There is no concrete resolution yet and fans will have to wait until next year to see what will happen to their friendship. Shane started to be a cause of concern for Cristina after she noticed his over-the-edge behavior in the press conference about her latest miracle-baby Nathan's surgery. A confrontation took place between the two former best friends while they were dressing up as bridesmaids for April Kepner's and Matthew Taylor's wedding while inside the same room. Meredith got the shock of her life, when unexpectedly Shane arrived in the room and announced that Cristina is being considered for the prestigious Harper-Avery Award. It is only at the wedding when things began to cool down and the two started to melt and admit their insecurities.
Callie And Arizona
Things continued to remain awkward between the two but they are on the path of mending their relationship.
Alex And Jimmy
Alex and Jimmy started to get along and were having a normal conversation for the first time when Jimmy started to speak badly about his mother. Alex finally confronted his father who left him and his mother to survive all by themselves. Alex who was not able to contain his anger, threw a fit. He ended the entire conversation by letting his father know that eventually he is glad that he had left back in the past because he wouldn't have want to become like him. Later in the day, Jimmy's condition worsened and Shane and Leah had to make some quick and difficult decisions.
Bailey And Ben
Bailey finally confronted her husband Ben about her problems. She told him that it is his fault that led to the problem of OCD in her. Her symptoms only worsened after he quit surgery.

The Wedding (April, Matthew And Jackson)

But at the wedding, when April reached the altar and priests had asked if anyone there objected their union, Jackson stood up. Moments after when nothing came out of his mouth, he gathered all the courage and declared his love.
