Kim Kardashian has been in the headlines for her curvaceous body. Kanye West's fiancé has finally decided to put all the "fat" rumors to hush by showing her body in a bikini just six months after giving birth to North West.
According to reports from thedailymail.co.uk, Kim Kardashian did around a hundred squats a day in order to get the "fab" body she flaunted on the cover of "US Weekly". Another report from hollywoodlife.com says Kim is quite focused on her daily workouts.
"She wakes up and does more than 100 squats every single morning. Even now, when she can wear the things she did before her pregnancy, she still wants to tone her body," shared the source.
A source from People.com said that Kim Kardashian may be on tour with her fiancé Kanye for his "Yeezus" tour but she has a personal chef that cooks healthy food for her.:
"She's got a trainer on tour with she and Kanye and a chef to keep her meals carb free. With the exception of some cheat days, because she is realistic now, she sticks with it!" explained the source.
Kim Kardashian has already been able to work her weight out, shedding 56lbs. Trainers say that she has already reached her goal and looks good in her bikini. However, Kim Kardashian wants to become a size zero which is thinner than her pre-pregnancy body.
It's good that Kim Kardashian is able to throw in her daily training sessions despite being on tour with Kanye West. The thing is has she been under the knife again to lose a few extra flabs? It may seem possible as Kim has gotten botox injections before and rumors about her butt being enhanced.
