"The X Factor" USA 2013 semi-finals is about to kick off in a few hours. The remaining four finalists - Alex & Sierra, Carlito Olivero, Jeff Gutt and Restless Road - will perform live on Wednesday for America's vote.

Last week saw Ellona Santiago and Rion Paige from Demi Lovato's "Girls" category being sent home. The former was shown the doors straight away after getting least vote from viewers, while the latter was voted out 3-1 in favor of Carlito Olivero by judges Demi, Kelly Rowland, Paulina Rubio and Simon Cowell.

Wednesday's semi-finals will be telecast live at 8/7c (6:30 am IST) on Fox television channel. [WATCH Semi-Finals Live Performance Videos]

The top four finalists will perform two songs each in the semi-finals. Each of them will sing a song chosen by the viewers through X Factor official Twitter account. The songs chosen by the fans have been revealed but the second song is not known yet.

Interestingly, the audience has chosen "Hallelujah" by Jeff Buckley for Jeff Gutt, who performed the same in season 2 audition. He will be under pressure after Matthew Schuler did a great rendition of the song on The Voice season 6.

Alex & Sierra, who sang A Great Big World's "Say Something" last week, will sing Of Monsters and Men's "Little Talks," while Carlito Olivero will sing Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend", and Restless Road will sing Luke Bryan's "That's My Kind of Night".

Based on Wednesday's live performance, America will decide who goes to next week's grand finale. One of the finalists will be sent home in the elimination round on Thursday.

Who will win the hearts of the Americans in the semi-finals and book a place in the finale? Will it Carlito, Jeff, Alex & Sierra or Restless Road?
