Honda launched a new advertisement campaign "Udh! TVC" for its most affordable scooter "Activa i" in the popular Activa line-up .
The advertisement which was aired across all channels in the country since Tuesday has been designed by Dentsu Marcom. The commercial highlights Activa i's prominent features like combi brake system, lits ightweight and gearless body along and fuel efficiency of 60 kmpl.
Talking about the new advertisement Abhinav Kaushik, Vice President, Account Management of Dentsu Marcom said, "Today's young generation is not ridden by any past baggage. They are supremely confident, they think differently, they have a can-do attitude and they are charting new territories. They are willing to ride into the future knowing fully well what they want out of life. This expression 'udh' or 'ready to fly' captures the mindset of this generation that has the desire to excel, follow their own direction and happily take on the challenges of the life ahead."
The new Activa i, which hit the market in June, has reportedly received good response from scooter lovers. It comes with the same air-cooled, 109cc engine as in the Activa which generates a power of 8.15PS at 7,500rpm and a torque of 8.74Nm at 5,500rpm. The vehcile is priced at ₹44,200 (ex-showroom Delhi).
