"The Vampire Diaries" cast members are featured in a cute holiday twerking video that a fan created. The "Santa's Twerk Shop" video has the faces of Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley, Kat Graham and Candice Accola attached to the animated elves' bodies as they twerk it out to the Christmas jingle.

Nina Dobrev found the fan-made video hilarious and decided to share it on social networking site Twitter for the other fans to see. "@KatGraham just sent this to me. I dont know who made it but I just died of laughter! Merry Xmas from us at TVD!" posted Nina on her Twitter account @ninadobrev with the link to the Christmas twerking video that user @Vamp_Diaries created.

Ian Somerhalder opened up the twerking video and the rest of the "Vampire Diaries" gang joined in. The WetPaint report pointed out an important highlight in the video which showed Kat Graham doing a cartwheel and co-star Nina Dobrev assisting her while she did the twerky move upside down.

In addition, the type of music that the CW stars listen to has been revealed. Paul Wesley shared that The National song titled "Slipped" is currently his favorite song. The melancholic melody appears to be a perfect fit for Paul Wesley's character Stefan Salvatore especially during his gloomy moments.

The other cast members that shared their musical preference are Steven R McQueen and Ian Somerhalder. Steven, the hunter Jeremy Gilbert in the series, revealed last November that he listens to Ed Sheeran's "I See Fire" which is included in the soundtrack for the film "The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug."

As for Ian Somerhalder, the 35-year-old actor digs the music of his pal Conor Oberst's alternative band Bright Eyes. Ian has been posting on Twitter about his admiration for the band's poetic and compelling songs.

"Conor Oberst-you're not only a brother but lyrical shaman. Watch this stop motion animation of this amazing tune-listen," tweeted Ian previously using his account @iansomerhalder with the link to band's "Ladder Song."

Catch the next episode of "The Vampire Diaries" Season 5, Episode 10 titled "Fifty Shades of Grayson" on Thursday night, December 12, at 8 p.m. ET on the CW network.
