Google app market has been leading over Apple and Windows app markets because it is offering a wide range of applications for the Android users.

Google this week, has yet again updated few apps while introducing some new ones in its Google Play Store.

New apps such as AllCast by Koushik Dutta has been introduced in the Google Play Store as a beta version. The app streams content from an Android device, Dropbox or Google Drive to a device which has Chromecast-like features when hooked up to a TV.

On the other hand some of the apps which got an update include Search, Voice Search, Play Music and Play Movies.

However, following are the top 5 free Android apps for the week that users don't want to miss.

Action Launcher
The Action Launcher app has been updated to its version 2.0 which includes some changes for the users. This free app includes Android 4.4 theme elements and a full-screen Quickpage.

Additionally, the Quickdrawer and Quickpage can be accessed from any app on the user's device regardless of the Action Launcher running or not.
