Paris Hilton’s brother has hospitalised after being attacked at a party. Barron Hilton, 24, is claiming that Lindsay Lohan was the mastermind behind his attack, which the former child actress denies. A video captured right after the incident might disprove her alibi, though.

TMZ first reported that Barron was at a party at a Miami mansion early Friday morning when Lindsay accused him of talking bad about her. He told the cops that the recovering starlet approached him with a male friend and screamed at him, “You talk s*** about me to my boyfriend, this is what you get.”

Lindsay’s companion then beat Paris’ younger brother while she laughed and cheered on her friend.

Barron doesn’t know the identity of his attacker, although he was sure that it was Lindsay who ordered his attack.

Cops were called to the scene and interviewed the Hilton hotel heir, who turned down ambulance assistance. Nevertheless, Barron still needed immediate medical attention, and got private transport to the University of Miami Hospital. The attack left him with several cuts to his face.

Lindsay’s dad, Michael Lohan, has denied that his 27-year-old daughter was involved in Barron’s attack. He told TMZ that Lindsay left the party before Barron was assaulted, adding that there are several witnesses who will agree with her alibi.

But a short clip obtained by TMZ shows that Lindsay was indeed still in the mansion after the fight. She is seen outside the house just moments after Barron was brutally assaulted.

Paris, meanwhile, is seething mad over her brother’s violent attack.

“They both will pay for what they did,” she posted a comment on Barron’s Instagram photo of his battered face. “No one f**** with my family and gets away with it!!”
