Google Nexus 5 is now sold out immediately from the Google Play Store.
Just like its predecessor LG Nexus 4, Google Nexus 5 is now sold out on the Google Play Store and may face supply issues and shipping is pushed to Nov.
In a few hours after the announcement of the new Nexus smartphone and Android 4.4 KitKat, Google put the device immediately for sale on its store. The device comes in white and black and in 16 GB and 32 GB of storage and already. Nexus smartphone has a large following and it is expected to have a huge demand on the device.
Then, Google Play Store listed the device as sold out that prevented many buyers from picking up the gadget. Now, the device is listed as shipping out of the warehouse in three to four weeks, putting the shipping times in the thick of Nov.
Google skipped an elaborate launch event in releasing the new Google Nexus 5 that boasts amazing specs and features. Some of the specs and features that consumers should expect are quad core chip processor and a separate GPU chip. The new Nexus smartphone will run with the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS.
Some of the changes that the Android 4.4 KitKat OS brings are new Android interface that includes an updated Phone app, which adds integrated searchable contacts, directories in other Google apps, and even nearby businesses.
The 16 GB and 32 GB Google Nexus 5 cost $349 and $399, respectively. The device is available in either black or white colour option. Nexus 5 is now available in the US, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, U.K., Australia, Korea and Japan. Other countries in Europe, Central/South Americas, Asia, CIS and the Middle East will follow suit in mid-Nov.
