Google's Nexus 10 2 release date may be soon as discounted Google Nexus 10 tablets are spotted in eBay.
The first Google Nexus 10 is now being sold for around $300. The original price of Google's tablet is $499. A big slash on the price of the tablet is a clear indication of the imminent release of its successor and sellers want to exhaust the remaining inventory of the tablet.
This is not the first time that the tablet went on sale at a cheaper price in eBay. Last week, IBTimes AU reported about an eBay listing that offers the Google Nexus 10 by Samsung for $350, which is $150 less than its original price.
Google Nexus 10 features 10 inches screen display armed with Corning Gorilla Glass 2; Dual Core A15 processor paired with 2GB of RAM; and 16GB and 32GB storage variants. It was released with the 4.2 version of Jelly Bean OS but recently received the 4.3 Jelly Bean OS update. Google Nexus 10 packs 5MP back camera and 1.9MP front-facing camera. The tablet also boasts an amazing 9,000 mAh battery life.
Meanwhile, Google Nexus 10 2 release date is still unconfirmed. It is said that the upcoming Google's tablet will be released on November 1 alongside Google Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 KitKat OS. However, Google still has not confirmed the exact release date of its upcoming devices.
Rumours claimed that the next generation of Google Nexus 10 will feature an improved design. The tablet may also include new features such as a larger internal storage as well as to pack an expandable storage via MicroSD slot. The new Google's tablet may finally have an LTE Connectivity support that was skipped on the current Nexus 10.
Google Nexus 10 2 will most probably run with Android 4.4 KitKat that will bring new and improved features in the tablet. Google Nexus 10 2 will also be powered by a quad core Snapdragon 800 processor.
Google Nexus 10 2 may follow the pricing strategy of its predecessor. The Nexus devices courtesy of Google is quite known for offering cheap yet high end devices.
