Mike Tyson has warned Chris Brown to stop punching people - or else - in the wake of the singer's latest arrest for assault.
The boxing champion, who has battled his own anger issues in the past and was jailed for rape, gave Brown some stern words of wisdom during an appearance on 95.5 PLJ Morning Show.
Expressing his concerns about the R'n'B singer's aggressive behaviour, Tyson said: "I like and admire that little guy but what he really needs to understand is eventually if you keep doing that stuff the press will make people turn on you and make you bad."
Tyson went on to say that if Brown did not learn to control his rage he would end up "somewhere where all they do is assault people".
"I know he might say 'Hey! Never me' because that's what I said: 'Never me, I'm the greatest fighter god ever created, never me'."
Brown was arrested in Washington for assault after allegedly breaking a man's nose in a fight.
The Fine China hitmaker, who is still on probation for assaulting Rihanna after a pre-Grammy bash in 2009, was released from police custody after prosecutors reduced the assault charge to a misdemeanour.
He is scheduled to return to court on 25 November.
But Tyson is confident that he can get through to his young friend.
"Chris should know this ... if you're not humble in this world, this world will dress humbleness upon you," added Tyson.
