There's finally news on the upcoming "GTA 5" DLC as Rockstar Games finally announced the timeframe for the release date of the Beach Bum Pack.
In the Newswire, Rockstar Games stated that the first add-on content for "GTA 5" will be coming in early November, and will add quite a couple of things to your gaming experience. There will be beach-themed vehicles and weapons, usable for both the GTA Online and Story Mode.
Part of the release of the "GTA 5" DLC Beach Bum Pack is the introduction of new customisation options when creating your GTA Online character as more styles and accessories are added for you to use.
Expect more jobs to come along as well, including Gang Attacks, Survivals, Last Team Standing, Deathmatches and Races, to name a few, so you can enjoy and explore more of Los Santos and Blaine County.
If you check out Rockstar Newswire, you'll also know that a new Online Content Creator will be rolled out before the fall season is over. This allows "GTA 5" players to craft, rate, and ply custom-made Deathmatch and Race Jobs, but you can be sure that the developers will first screen the submissions to grant a "Rockstar Verified' to the best of the best.
GTA$ Stimulus Package still delayed
It seems that the economic balance of "GTA 5" will still hold strong for the next few days as the developers hold off another few days for the release of the first batch of the GTA$ stimulus package, worth $250,000.
"We want to ensure that game progress loss issues are sufficiently sorted before distributing the GTA$ to everyone. We have a few more tweaks and fixes to make in a new title update that will hit sometime next week and then we will distribute the cash,' said Rockstar Games in an official statement.
So this means that there will be another title update coming along after the first 1.04 patch that erased some exploitable loopholes and glitches in the game. And it's safe to assume that gamers will also need to download this new patch before earning the righto get the GTA$ stimulus package.
Lose cops when on the run
One of the possible hard areas of "GTA 5" is getting killed or hunted down by cops. This is especially so when you are aiming to get weapons from cops in certain areas in the game.
Bubblews found a pretty good method to lose the guys in blue who are on your tail. To do this, you need to take your car into the Mod Shop. There, change the colour of the car, but you should do this when the cops aren't close to catching you.
Another way is best used when the cops are hot on your tail. Hijack a semi-truck, then when you have his vehicle, press right on the D-Pad. This will detach the trailer from where you are driving and provide a simple obstruction on the street to block the cops who are chasing you.
