Miley Cyrus' new image might be acceptable for a handful of "Smilers" but not everyone is pleased with the extreme change. One other former Disney star that has openly dissed Miley for her "raunchy new image" is none other than Selena Gomez. What did the "Come & Get It" singer have to say about Miley this time around?

Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus might have hailed from the same channel but both actresses certainly matured in a different direction. If Selena worked on her image in a sexy and classy way, Miley jumped into the scene with nip slips, nudity and twerking. Of course, Selena Gomez knowing this had indirectly slammed Miley Cyrus.
During one of Gomez's concerts, the Latina singer had spoken up about being called "not sexy" enough. Leave it to Gomez to throw a friend under the bus to get her point across.
"All of these people that are telling you how to live your life or how good you are or.. you know, people tell me all the time that I am not sexy enough or I'm not cool enough. Or I would be cool if I did this," stated Gomez, adding, "But can I say one thing? One thing that I think is sexy is class."
Now, additional sources claim Selena had something to say about Miley's extreme change. The report by Hollywood Life claims the source states Selena calls Miley's new image a "mistake."
"Selena would never come right out and trash Miley but she does think Miley's making a mistake by being so raunchy," says the source, adding, "She thinks it's bad for women in general but also for her as an artist because it puts out the expectation that she should do that too because sex sells."
In Hollywood, sex always sells which Miley Cyrus has already learned as a great "selling point" in her career. Maybe Selena Gomez could learn a thing or two from Cyrus but then again her career is already going great without her having to take her clothes off or "twerk" in nude coloured undergarments to gain fame.
