Miley Cyrus' look is another idea for Halloween costumes in 2013. There is not much to do and wear. Dress minimally preferably biker shorts and a short top and stick your tongue out at every occasion possible.
Pumpkins are associated with the Halloween spirit. Dressing up in a pumpkin tutu dress never goes out of fashion. So choose old unused dress, preferably orange or you can get it dyed. Draw on it with a marker to look like a pumpkin.

In the new age of vampires, they are most well-dressed creatures. Be at your best dressed and put on all the make-up and accessories to look good. If you wish to be a classic old time vampire, blow out your hair, work a little on your eyebrows and put some blood on your painted face.
Give your hair dishevelled look with curlers and make your face look pale white with makeup and apply black highlighter on the cheeks and mouth. Wear a black turtleneck teamed with white-collared shirt.
With the rising popularity of the movie, "Despicable Me 2," minions have become favorite of all. So throw on blue dungarees and with yellow t-shirt and complete the look ski-goggles. You can also paint your face yellow. This look tops the trend charts for Halloween costumes for 2013.
Choose an old black dress, give it a rugged look and paint your skin black and draw white bones on your arms, chest and face.
Zombies never go out of fashion. If you are pregnant, the baby bump could look like bloating from eating a man. All you need are some face paints or food color and an old shirt that you could tear off at places.
You can look and dress like anything and anyone. So pick your favorite celeb and dress like them. For instance, you could dress like Kate Middleton. All you need is a polka dot dress, blow dry your hair and a plastic doll to be your Prince George. With an old ball gown, you can dress up like Jennifer Lawrence.
