Miss Universe 2013 is just round the corner. The contestants have started arriving in Moscow and preparations are in full swing. This year's Miss Universe pageant will see participation of 89 contestants from all the over the world. Each contestant is brimming with excitement and is fully prepared to showcase their talent on Nov. 9, at the Crocus City Hall, in Moscow. The contestants will be judged on the basis of three rounds: best bikini body, the evening gown round and the final interview.
The first round "Best Bikini Body" will have 89 contestants gracing the stage in a bikini. The ones who have the best physique will be scored the highest. Miss Philippines Ariella Arida: Ariella Arida has the hottest body amongst the Miss Universe 2013 pageant contestant. She has worked day and night on her diet and fitness routine. With the help of her trainer John Cauy, Ariella has achieved a well-proportionate body. Cauy told Philstar.com, "We have worked to enhance her curves from the right places, generally tone her musculature still emphasizing on a feminine physique".
Ara has a penchant for sports activities and she has done hardcore weight training to get the right bikini body. The 24-year-old Laguna born beauty has also tried her hands at swimming, volley ball, biking and running.
Miss Myanmar Moe Set Wine: The most popular Miss Universe 2013 contestant, Moe Set Wine has also taken assistance of a professional "Real Fitness" trainer to get the right body proportions. She has been working on her body since the day she was crowned Miss Myanmar. Wine also went to Thailand for the pageant training where she worked on the vital areas of her body.
Miss U.S.A. Erin Brady: The dark horse of the Miss Universe 2013 pageant, Miss U.S.A. Erin Brady is 5 feet 8 inches tall. She has an envious body which she maintains by eating green vegetables, lean proteins, doing P90X workouts, and yoga. According to Examiner.com, "Broody is a fan of the P90X Ab Ripper as it is a 15-minute workout but once can work as many muscles as possible in that time. "
