Design and Display:
Taking cue from the growing popularity of mini tablets and larger screen smartphones, the Nokia Lumia 1520 is rumoured to sport a massive 6 inch display. This puts the device in league with devices like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in terms of screen size.
The device is rumoured to come with a AMOLED PureMotion HD screen, rendering 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 367 ppi pixel density.

The Nokia Lumia 1520 is rumoured to come with a 2 GHz quad core processor and a Snapdragon 800 chipset. It is expected to come in 32GB and 64GB internal memory variants, which can be expanded using a Micro SD card.

Nokia could be gunning for a better market position based on their focus on the cameras. The camera on the Nokia Lumia 1520 is expected to be better. The primary camera on the device is rumoured to be 20.7 MP with Zeiss Optics.
It should be noted that the MP on the camera in itself may not mean that the camera is better. A lot also depends on the kind of sensors used and the software et al. The performance of each camera varies depending on the setting, like low light conditions et al.
The Nokia Lumia 1520 is rumoured to come with 3,400 mAh battery. One of the main features of the battery is rumoured to be a wireless charger. However, the feature may not be available in all the markets across the globe.
