Argentina and Columbia have already secured a spot to the World Cup Finals in Brazil, while Ecuador, Chile and Uruguay will want to come up with a win to bolster their chances of not having to go through the rigors of qualifying from the playoffs in the 2013 World Cup Qualifiers.
Striking duo Suarez and Cavani will have to bring on their "A" game to bolster their chances of clinching automatic qualification.
Uruguay vs. Argentina
Uruguay will have to beat Argentina and hope that the Chile or Ecuador wins by a big margin for them to further their chances of sealing an automatic qualification.
There are positive things to look forward to as far as Uruguay is concerned as Lionel Messi, Gonzalo Higuain, Javier Mascherano, Fernando Gago, Sergio Aguero and Angel di Maria will not be able to suit up because of sustaining injuries.
Nevertheless, the La Albiceleste will be no pushovers as their squad still boasts of quality players like Ever Banega, and Erik Lamela.
Uruguay will still have to bring their "A" game to overcome the Argentines.
Uruguay: Fernando Muslera; Jorge Fucile, Diego Godín, Diego Lugano, Maxi Pereira; Cristian Rodríguez, Diego Pérez, Egidio Arévalo Ríos, Christian Stuani; Edinson Cavani, Luis Suárez
Argentina: Sergio Romero; José María Basanta, Sebastián Domínguez, Federico Fernández, Hugo Campagnaro; Maxi Rodríguez, Éver Banega, Leandro Somoza, Lucas Biglia; Rodrigo Palacio, Érik Lamela
Paraguay vs. Columbia
Having been qualified for the World Cup Finals thanks to a come-from-behind 3-3 draw against Chile on Friday, Columbia will be looking to end their qualification journey on a high note by beating Paraguay.
Radamel Falcao, who scored 2 of the aforementioned 3 goals against Chile, will be a constant threat at goal for the Columbians.
Paraguay has lost its magic since now FC Barcelona manager Gerardo Martino left, they have won only three of their 15 matches in the group qualifiers, only one point better than bottom team Bolivia.
A win for the La Albirroja will, at least, restore a little bit of the lost pride and might give them some thought of positivity for Victor Genes' men moving forward.
Chile vs. Ecuador
A draw between Chile and Ecuador assures them of automatic qualification, joining Argentina and Columbia.
Both of the teams will be expected to take less chances of attacking, which may subject themselves to possible counterattacks by the opposition.
However, it will be unlikely that these teams will settle for being safe throughout the game as players' competitive juices tends to spill out once the match gets underway.
While Ecuador will rely on sheer athleticism and their superb wing-play, the Chileans will bring on the flair that they have put on display all-tournament long, by employing beautiful combinations originating from the middle of the park.
