England face Poland in the final Group H fixture of World Cup qualifiers at Wembley Stadium and a victory on Tuesday evening will guarantee Roy Hodgson's side s a place in the 2014 World Cup.
Where to Watch Live
Kick-off is set for 8pm BST. Live coverage will be available on ITV 1 and UTV.
England come into this game on their back of their 4-1 win against Montenegro at Wembley on Friday night. Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney opened the scoring before a Branko Boskovic own goal doubled their lead.
Dejan Damjanovic scored for Montenegro, but their hope of finding an equaliser was ended after Tottenham Hotspur star Andros Townsend scored his first goal for England on his full debut for the national side. Daniel Sturridge's penalty in the added time made sure the hosts sealed a comfortable victory.
Roy Hodgson's men are inthe midst of a brilliant run in the World Cup qualifiers as they are unbeaten in the nine games played so far. The hosts sit on top of Group H with 19 points, on point clear of Ukraine while third place Montenegro are four points behind the table toppers.
Poland enter this game after their 1-0 defeat to Ukraine in the previous fixture. Andriy Yarmolenko netted the only goal of the game and the forward's strike was sufficient to end Waldemar Fornalik's side's hope of qualifying for the next summer's World Cup in Brazil.
England are one win away from qualifying for the 2014 World Cup, however, a defeat at Wembley would then see them bank on San Marino to pull off an astonishin win against Ukraine.
Should England finish Group H table in the second spot, they would then feature in the play-off, which is scheduled in November.
What Managers Say
Roy Hodgson: "For me, the future of English football rests on 90 minutes against Poland. I am a worrier, football at the level we work at doesn't produce people who do not worry. I have great faith and trust in the players, I don't think I can put a bunch of stronger, more confident bunch of players on the field."
Waldemar Fornalik: "We want to finish the qualification programme in style and you can expect plenty of fighting spirit from my players. Just because we are not going to the World Cup, it does not mean that we have nothing to prove."
