Samsung Galaxy S4 may not have to wait any longer as the much awaited Android 4.3 update has been leaked much earlier than its actual release date.
Sammobile released an Android 4.3 build which is specifically designed for Galaxy S4. The build is considered to be near-final in terms of the distribution of Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) by the company. The download link is available on the Sammobile Web site. Samsung Galaxy S4 users were expecting the update by the end of 2013 while there were strong rumours that the update might arrive much earlier than that. IBT reported a couple of days back that some had the belief that it would arrive in November, while some thought it would arrive in October itself [READ HERE]. Well, the rumours may have turned out to be true as far as far Sammobile's claims are concerned.
If the download works perfectly, the Web site is expected to hit gold. Sammobile claims that it has got a hold of insider information of Samsung on a regular basis. CNET tried contacting Samsung on their take on the leaked update. However, no comment has been made by the company as of now.
Sammobile had already leaked the very first Android 4.3 build a couple of weeks back before they leaked the final Android 4.3 build for the S4. They claimed that nothing will be excluded or included in the future versions of the Android 4.3 build for the S4. On the other hand, they accept that there could be some bugs which would require fixing in future. There could also be come improvements in the build.
Sammobile thanks their insider source in Samsung, whom the firmware could not be made available so early without. They also claim that the firmware was tested for a couple of days but no major changes have been noticed yet.
