Grand Theft Auto 5, one of the 2013's record-breaking game titles, has already got a list of cheat-codes for vehicles, players and other aspects. Besides going off-the-grid and using codes for such features, fans have also found the in-game methods of becoming rich and buying property without having to spend a dime.
In-Game error lets players buy huge properties for free
One of the recent reveals gives tips to fans on how to manage massive properties in the game. It is noted that the glitch cannot be exploited if the player does not have any in-game money. One needs to have the same, or more amount of in-game cash which is worth the property's value in order to buy it for free.
For instance, if a player is eyeing a huge golf course worth $1.5 million, one needs to follow the four simple steps listed below:
-Collect cash equal to what the property costs.
-Buy the property like a normal game transaction.
-Right after buying the property, a quick cut scene occurs. One would have to pause the game and a replay a mission. A short and easy mission will be preferred.
-Complete the particular mission.
As soon as the player completes the mission, he/she will find the property as purchased, with all the $1.5 million intact in the account.
These steps (courtesy of Gamesreviews) are not questioned by fans, but they have pointed out an error in the details given out by the website. The golf course's property is infact worth $150 million, not $1.5 million.
In a related news, one of the in-game methods of becoming rich without using any cheat-codes were discovered by a Reddit user, who revealed a list of companies and its rivals in the game. The user also stated that a player could invest in one of the companies and also loot the rival in order to get rich quickly.

In the related news, the recent issue of frame stuttering in GTA 5's PSN version is said by Sony to be resolved soon. Fergal Gara, the PlayStation UK head expressed his thoughts on improving the PSN and other common errors. "The file version of the game versus the disc version of the game maybe needs to go through additional QA and additional testing," he stated. "But it's a major area of focus. It's a major area of investment. The network will perform better on multiple levels, because it becomes not just a sales or gaming delivery but, increasingly, a social network."
Gara also agreed that downloading a game is a tedious and time-taking process and they are yet to work on pre-delivering of the game files. "[Downloading games] is still a relatively tedious process. We've done a lot of work on pre-delivering files. It's not perfect. It's not seamless," stated Gara to Eurogamer at the EGX 2013 event.
