Hotshot couple Beyonce and Jay Z have been named as the World's Highest Paid Celebrity Couple by the Forbes magazine after earning a whopping $95 million together in the financial year. The "Diamonds" singer and the rapper - who has his own record label Roc Nation under his belt - have been crowed for the second successive year. However, Beyonce has more contribution towards the earnings than her husband Jay Z.

Beyonce took a hiatus of almost a year when she gave birth to her first child last year. However this did not deter the new mommy to earn any less. In fact, the mom to 19-month old Blue Ivy earned $11 million more than her husband Jay Z due to her successful world tour.
In the financial year June 2012 to June 2013, the wealthiest couple alive raked up $17 million more than last year. Beyonce's "Mrs. Carter" tour and Jay Z's super hit album "Watch the Throne" made possible for the showbiz couple to topple model Gisele Bundchen and her football-player husband Tom Brady, who retained the number two spot with $80 million annual income.
The highest-paid model in the world, Bundchen is a major shareholder of the line of flip-flops she launched with Brazilian label Grendene. Just like Beyonce, Bundchen has also out-earned her football star husband Brady by $4 million.
Jay Z's "Watch The Throne" is a platinum selling album he made in collaboration with rapper Kanye West. They both did a world tour which earned $1.4 million a night. In comparison, pop diva Beyonce is reportedly earning $2 million per night for her current "The Mrs Carter Show" world tour.
Meanwhile Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt earned number three spot in world's wealthiest couple's race and earned a whopping $50 million in the annual year. Unlike the first two power couples; Brad and Angie's earnings are only through movies and endorsements. Brad Pitt earned a reported $7 million for his Chanel no.5 advert last year.
Forbes has compiled the list by talking with the stars' managers, agents and producers. The company made clear that the calculations were without the tax subtraction. "Our research was done for our Celebrity 100 list, which measures earning between June 2012 and June 2013. We did not subtract for taxes, agent fees or other expenses related to being a celebrity," Forbes said.
