Director Alfonso Cuaron's (Harry Potter and Prisoner of Azkaban) latest film "Gravity" is gaining a lot of raving reviews after the first teaser trailer emerged.

Even James Cameron the renowned director of Titatic is all praise about the film and believes that director Alfonso Cuaron's Gravity is the best motion picture about outer space.
The film made a major appearance at the Telluride Film Festival after premiering at the Venice Film Festival. Critics on both festivals are all in awe and deeply impressed with the film's cinematography as it takes its audience to the next level of outer space thanks to its impressive space photography.
The film is a collaboration between Cuaron and his son but telling a story in zero gravity poses a lot of challenge when it comes in presenting a whole set of visual effects. The director has to consult experts and cinematic visionaries, including David Fincher and James Cameron, before deciding to make the film.
"Gravity" features inconceivably beautiful view from outer space to the silver screen and it would be a shame not to watch it in IMAX. Even James Cameron agrees that the film is worth every penny of the absurdly high IMAX ticket.
During a conversation with Variety, the "Avatar" director, one of the film's strongest supporter said, "I was stunned, absolutely floored. I think it's the best space photography ever done, I think it's the best space film ever done, and it's the movie I've been hungry to see for an awful long time," he gushed.
Cameron continued, "I read the script, and I thought it was tremendously challenging to shoot with a high degree of veracity to get the real look of zero gravity. I'm sure Alfonso had a real uphill battle with the studio, with everyone involved, to get it the way it needed to look. But he knew in his mind how it needed to look, and he went after it."
Even Scott Feinberg, The Hollywood Reporter awards analyst wrote, "I would frankly be shocked if the film isn't nominated for Oscars for best picture, best director, best actress (Bullock), best original screenplay, best cinematography, best film editing, best sound editing, best sound mixing and best visual effects. I think best supporting actor (Clooney) is also within the realm of possibility."
