Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth: Engagement Still On Despite VMAs 2013 Raunchy Performance? Miley Continuously Slammed on Facebook [PHOTOS]
The very disturbing "We Can't Stop" performance at the MTV VMAs 2013 and the uncomfortable public appearance at the premiere of "Paranoia" have not strained the engagement of couple Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth. The Hollywood Life report claims that the former Disney star is still engaged with the Australian actor.
Anonymous sources are currently insisting that Miley Cyrus will be busy for the preparations for her upcoming wedding.
"Miley hasn't talked about her wedding in ages, but she's started getting excited about it again," a Hollywood Life source says. "She had a bride magazine with her the last time I saw her. As far as I know, there's no date or any plans made but it seems like things are really back on track again for her and Liam."
Additionally, the 20-year-old "Hannah Montana" star is reportedly growing out her hair to please her "Hunger Games" actor fiancé. The source further shared: "He thinks Miley's beautiful no matter what and he's not going around telling her how to wear her hair, but she has said that he likes her longer hair better."
Miley and Liam has been engaged since May 2012 but the couple are currently rumoured to be having troubles in their relationship mainly because of Miley's drastic transformation and strange behavior. Adding more flame to the already burning break-up rumours is Miley's raunchy performance at the 2013 MTV VMAs with "Blurred Lines" singer Robin Thicke.
The 23-year-old Aussie actor remains tight-lipped about the controversial performance but the social networking sites has been noisy and filled with users' criticizing Miley for her indecent acts onstage.
On Facebook, the Best Vines page posted a video called "How everybody felt about Miley Cyrus performance at the #VMAs" and users continuously commented their negative reactions condemning the former Disney star.
A couple of Facebook users who gave their reactions are Yarimar Torres Leon who wrote "Even Britney Spears drunk performance was better than that" and account 18+ Crap who simply posted "Miss you Old Miley." Miri Almeida's Facebook comment garnered over 14,000 likes and it reads: "I hate how everybody is defending her. I mean, yeah she's your idol and whatever, but that doesn't mean you have to support her in everything. What she's doing might not be my business but you can't come here and use the 'She's growing up' card. It's wrong, she's destroying herself, and if you defend her on this you're helping her to do it. I mean, she says she's getting mature, but for me talking about drugs and doing whatever you want is the most immature thing to do. She's not maturing, just growing in the wrong direction."
