Is Ian Somerhalder already moving on from “Vampire Diaries” co-star Nina Dobrev? According to a couple reports, the 34-year-old has been caught looking pretty tight with former CW co-star Malese Jow.
Malese Jow was introduced as vampire Anna in season one of “The Vampire Diaries.” The daughter of Pearl, Anna had fell in love with Jeremy Gilbert while trying to open up the tomb to release her mother. Killed at the hands of Jeremy’s uncle, John Gilbert, Anna returned to the series in season two and three as a ghost that only Jeremy could see.
Although the actress hasn’t worked on the CW set for a couple seasons, Jow and Somerhalder were spotted at Germany’s BloodyCon 2013 getting “a little too cozy.”
“Sure they could simply be good friends and all but the PDA was a bit extreme,” explained CelebDirtyLaundy.com, mentioning some “close” Instagram photos.
“Don’t see this guy as often as I’d like to! Love you to death, @IanSomerhalder,” Jow posted along with a photo of Somerhalder planting a kiss on her cheek.
While that post seems innocent enough, a couple other photos of Malese Jow and Ian Somerhalder found on CelebDirtyLaundry.com do look incriminating.
But Jow isn’t the only one that Somerhalder has been caught snuggling up to. On June 20 the “Vampire Diaries” actor Instagrammed a photo of himself holding hands with yet another co-star from the CW series. It’s not exactly what you’re thinking though. The photo that Somerhalder posted is actually of an iPhone case … with a photoshopped picture of him holding hands with his on-screen brother, Paul Wesley. The iPhone case reads, “Bro’s before hoe’s.”
The actor found the item comical, posting: “The ULTIMATE iPhone case. @PaulWesley it’s official – they’ve caught us. Time to tell your wife … Thanks @DevineJoanne @Jackie02 for outing us and going through the trouble to make this!”
For fans that want a piece of the Somerhalder-Wesley iPhone case action, keep an eye on @DevineJoanne’s Twitter. The case creator revealed that she’s trying to make more to sell.
