Even as Kamal Haasan is busy with his upcoming project, "Vishwaroopam 2", speculations are rife on his next film which is expected to hit the floors after he completes the sequel.

It was reported earlier that Kamal would take up a film to be produced by director Lingusamy under Tirupathi Brothers banner.

Latest buzz is that actress Kajal Aggarwal would play Kamal's ladylove in the film. There is no official announcement on the cast but it would be a treat for her fans if she is seen with Kamal.

Kajal is in demand following the success of her recent releases. She was last seen in Vijay's "Thuppaki", which was one of the biggest blockbusters last year. She also featured in a Telugu film, "Baadshah", starring Jr NTR. The film is one of the highest grossers of this year and has been declared a super hit. She has bagged the female lead role in yet another Vijay film titled, "Jilla" and is doing a film with popular actor Karthi. Besides Tamil films, she will also be seen in cameo in a Telugu film starring Ram Charan Teja (son of Chiranjeevi).

Meanwhile, Kamal's much-hyped film is expected to begin in October this year. The superstar is currently working on "Vishwaroopam 2", a sequel to "Vishwaroopam" which was released in February this year.

The shooting of "Vishwaroopam 2" is progressing in Bangkok. The lead stars including Kamal, Pooja Kumar and Andrea will be seen performing some daredevil stunt sequences in the film.

"Just arrived back to NYC from shooting in Bangkok with the vr2 team. I did all my underwater stunts as I am a certified scuba diver," Pooja tweeted on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

"Vishwaroopam 2" is expected to be released this year. Buzz is that the film might have a Diwali release.
