BlackBerry Q10, the company's second smartphone running BB10 operating system is all set to make its entry in the UK market April 26.
According to a report by Unwired View the smartphone is now available on pre-order on Unlocked Mobiles and Clove.
The Unlocked Mobiles website has also mentioned that the QWERTY keypad version, BlackBerry Q10, will be available starting April 26 for 529.98 GBP including VAT, while Clove has not mentioned any specific date of availability, but it opens pre-order for 534.99 pounds.
The April 26 release date of BlackBerry Q10 coincides with the date of Samsung Galaxy S4's launch in the UK.
The BlackBerry Q10 features a 3.1 inch Super AMOLED display, powered with dual-core Snapdragon S4 Plus processor with 1.5 GHz clock speed including 2GB of RAM. It also features an 8 megapixel camera, 16 GB of internal memory and for connectivity, it comes with LTE, NFC and is supported by 2100 mAh battery.
In an earlier report, BlackBerry representative reportedly told N4BB that T-Mobile has plans to release the BlackBerry Q10 handset sometime in May. T-Mobile is the fourth-largest carrier provider in the U.S.
There is no information when the BlackBerry Q10 will be available in the Canadian market. But, it is expected that the Waterloo-based smartphone maker will release the Q10 in Canada as well as in the UK on the same day.
However, BlackBerry released the touchscreen version, Z10, both in Canada and UK, ahead of U.S. release.
