Since Samsung unveiled its Galaxy S4 smartphone last Thursday, many companies -- Samsung included -- are holding contests and giveaways for a free Galaxy S4 handset. 

Here’s a rundown of the Galaxy S4 giveaways that are currently taking place. Please note that leaving comments on this page won’t enter you in any of these giveaways, so follow the available links below for further rules and instructions.

Samsung

Samsung’s “Cut to the Front of the Line” contest runs from March 14 to April 22. Click the following link to go to the sign up page for more information on the Galaxy S4 and be automatically entered for the giveaway.

First prize winners to receive free Samsung Galaxy S4 handsets have already begun being selected, but one winner will be selected daily until April 21 for a total of 48 first prize winners. In order to be eligible for the first prize, entries must be submitted by 11:00 p.m. on dates within the sweepstakes period. Samsung will then select four grand prize winners on April 22 who will take home a Galaxy S4 and a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV. In order to be eligible for the grand prize, entries must be submitted by April 22 at 8:59:59 a.m.

Android Authority

Android Authority is giving away a single Galaxy S4 handset in an international giveaway. The contest began on March 13 and will run until April 30.

Simply click the following link and leave a comment in the comments section to be entered. Android Authority stresses that only one entry per household is allowed that cheating won’t be tolerated.

This giveaway is open to all.

The Smoking Android

Tech enthusiasts Jared of The Smoking Android and Sam Pullen are giving away a single Galaxy S4 device in what seems to be an international giveaway. Having started on March 18, the contest will run until one week after the first launch of the Galaxy S4, which is projected for April 26.

Contestants must be subscribed to both Jared and Sam’s Youtube Channels (linked above). Those wishing to enter must leave a comment reading *Super Epic Galaxy S4 Giveaway* on the video titled “Super Epic Galaxy S4 Giveaway” on either channel, which counts as a single entry. Contestants can accumulate additional entries by commenting with *Super Epic Galaxy S4 Giveaway* on any video either Jared or Sam’s videos between now and the end of the giveaway.

Only one comment per video is allowed, additional comments will be considered spam and the contestant will be disqualified. Follow @samjpullen and @SmokingAndroid for news and updates as well as announcements of the winner.

Samsung's fourth-generation Galaxy S smartphone won't release until late April, but the good news is the US is among the first countries that will receive the device, which will be powered by carriers including Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Cricket Wireless.
