Rihanna took a break from her usual racy shots and outfits as she slipped into a Comic Relief T-shirt for a good cause.

Showing her support for the Red Nose Day campaign, the Bajan beauty opted for a simple white shirt especially designed by Stella McCartney, bearing the image of Hollywood legend Marilyn Monroe donning a pair of oversized glasses and the signature red nose.

However, Rihanna can't seem to totally ditched her sassiness as she posed ever-so-seductively, closing her eyes, tilting her head backwards and pouting her luscious red lips, with a diamond necklace and apparently no bottoms and bra, which clearly showed her nipple ring.

McCartney shared RiRi's photo via Twitter, accompanying the Twit pic with a caption, "Thank you @Rihanna for supporting @rednoseday! You're the best x Stella #RND."

The 25-year-old singer is just among the list of celebrities who have modelled the charity clothing item. Others who have rocked McCartney's creations include One Direction, Cameron Diaz, Eddie Redmayne and Kate Moss.

There is definitely no doubt that Rihanna is uber sexy as seen in her pics, but she recently admitted that her mother Monica went ballistic with the series of nude photos of her that surfaced online.

Rihanna told Elle magazine, "I'm not afraid of any person other than my mother, but I'm terrified of her. She called me two days ago and reeled me in about two pictures Melissa put up on Instagram, a sneak peek from a photo book she's making about me."

"She went crazy on me. I was embarrassed. I felt like I got my ass whipped in front of my class at school. She humbled the f*** out of me," she added.

Will this be the end of the sexy singer's naughty photos? Let's wait and see.
