Rory McIlroy carded a bogey-free 65 to end his charge at the WGC-Cadillac Championship in good shape.
The world number one's poor start to the season has been well documented, with a mid-round withdrawal at last week's Honda Classic intensifying the spotlight on McIlroy's woe.
However, the Northern Irishman recorded his first sub-70 round of the year on Friday when he shot a 69 and added another one to his tally on Sunday with a closing 65.
"I feel a lot better. Regardless of the score, I hit a lot of good shots over the last three days," he told Sky Sports.
"I am really happy compared to the start of the week although there is still a bit to go. I made a lot of birdies and eagles this week so it is a case of limiting the mistakes."
