There is a flurry of leaks and rumors about Samsung's next flagship smartphone as its March 14 release date is approaching.

According to the latest report by a Russian Journalist, Eldar Murtazin, who claims that he has already seen Samsung Galaxy S4, the phone will feature the same plastic build like its predecessor Samsung Galaxy S3, SamMobile has reported.

Murtazin stated in his blog post that many of Samsung's partners and carriers have already seen the Galaxy S4 behind the close doors at the Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona.

But earlier, sources of SamMobile said that the new Galaxy S had the dimension of 140.1 S 71.8 X 7.7 mm and weight is just 138 grams and would features aluminum sides but the back was still plastic.

However, the company's first teaser video for Galaxy S4 on their YouTube channel does not reveal any details about the upcoming device.

Recently, the Antutu Benchmark results of the Galaxy S4 revealed all the specification of the device.

To sum up, Galaxy S4 will be powered with the company's Exynos Octa 5410 processor clocking at 1.8 GHz along with Power VR SGX 544MP ARM GPU, 2 GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) operating system out of the box.

According to the leaks, other key specifications include 4.99 inch Full HD display at 1,920 X 1,080 pixels resolution, a 13 megapixel camera at the back and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera. For connectivity options, it will include NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0.
