One of the fit ROMs for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus is the MMuzzyROM for Toro with build JDQ39. According to the original thread, the ROM is closely related to builds Toroplus, Mako, Manta, Maguro, and Grouper.
Warning: The flash will erase everything inside the device and it is at your own risk to perform the ROM installation. The warranty is definitely void, if there is any.
