Things are definitely not going according to plan for Canadian crooner, Justin Bieber. The 19-year old singer recently celebrated his birthday at the Cirque Du Soir where the club had set up a circus-themed party. However, Bieber apparently left the event early due to the club strictly following certain laws.

Last Friday, Justin Bieber took to Twitter to state: "Worst Birthday." Millions of Bieber's followers immediately took a side to console the depressed teenager. However, the big question was why and how did an obviously good day turn out to be worst for the Biebs?

Justin was said to be having one hell of a great time with his friends at the Cirque Du Soir. The "Baby" singer went all out for his birthday and even the club made sure the Canadian crooner was served infinitely well.

"The party cost $12,000, slightly less than 8,000 pounds," stated the spokesperson, adding, "I think Justin and his friends had a good time. He had a complete separate area in the club, and most of his guests arrived earlier."

If things were going well earlier in the evening, what caused Bieber to go on an alleged "hissy-fit?" Blame it on Justin's new girlfriend, Ella Paige Roberts-Clarke for trying to sneak into the club. Also in attendance was Will Smith's son, Jaden Smith. Both stars were underage and were trying to get into the club where entrance was of course prohibited.

"'We, like all clubs in London, operate a strict age policy. As a few of the members of the party were under the suitable age of 18, the security team at Cirque Du Soir, London, clearly explained this rule and refused entry to the club for anyone who could not provide us with adequate proof of age," explained the spokesman.

"We are very sorry, and understand it's his birthday, but our hands are tied with local authorities and rules we need to follow as club to keep our license. We clearly didn't want to give him the 'worst birthday.' He is a friend and previously was always welcomed with open arms," continued the spokesman, adding, "Justin Bieber visits Cirque Du Soir regularly, and he and his friends are always welcome, as long the members of the group are legally old enough to enter the club. This was simply a matter of regulation that we must adhere to."
