Nothing can keep Paris Hilton from a photo op.

A photo of the Hilton heiress is going viral after she posed to take a picture while her boyfriend was lying on a stretcher.

Her boy toy, model River Viiperi, had an accident on the slopes of Lake Tahoe when the couple went skiing earlier this month. The 21-year-old had to be hauled away by paramedics and required 19 stiches, but that wasn’t enough to stop the 32-year-old celebrity from striking a pose.

"Such a scary day on the slopes today," Hilton wrote on her Pheed account. “After seeing the gash on @RiverViiperi's leg, I almost passed out. I have never seen a cut that deep in my life. He is so brave, I can't even imagine the pain he went through today."

The model was so afraid for her boyfriend’s life that she stopped to take a picture on the back of the paramedics’ snowmobile, which conveniently also captured him sprawled out on a stretcher in the back.

Viiperi didn’t seem to mind Hilton taking snow bunny glamour shots while he was bleeding all over a stretcher, though. He gave the camera a thumbs-up and later tweeted a picture of himself and his lady after he had gotten his stiches.

"I had to stitch my leg yesterday because of what happened to me while we was skiing," Viiperi tweeted. "But I'm better now and thanks to my lovely @ParisHilton who always taking such a good care of me."

Hilton is best known for appearing on “The Simple Life” where she and her gal pal Nicole Ritchie accepted various internships along the East Coast. The socialite was widely gossiped about in the early 2000s, but has kept more to herself in recent years.
