Intex Launches Dual-SIM Aqua Style Phablet for ₹11, 280

New Delhi based mobile phone maker Intex Technologies introduced its 5.9-inch smartphone, Aqua Style, into the burgeoning Indian market.

At the launch event, Sanjay Kumar, General Manager - Mobile Business, Intex Technologies said, "Consumers in today's time are very demanding especially when they are spoilt for choice. Since, the price of smartphones has lowered so much, the lifecycle of them is between 6-12 months. Therefore, companies need to continuously upgrade their existing models and at the same time, bring in new models."

Describing the new smartphone he said ,"AQUA Style is one such offering from our Aqua smartphone range which will create a new mass user base for 5.9 inches screen phones. Its unique capacitive touchscreen combined with an array of desired features makes it an ideal choice for consumers between the age group of 15-40 years." reported NDTV.

The new Aqua Style smartphone sports a 5.9-inch touch-screen display and runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS powered by a dual-core processor.
