While Korean artist Psy was holding his Manila concert on Saturday at the Mall of Asia in Pasay City, Philippines, at the other end of Roxas Boulevard, a former president was dancing Psy's hit song Gangnam Style.

Ex-President Joseph Estrada, who was ousted in 2000 for accepting bribe money from gambling syndicates, is not new to dancing because he was a B movie actor before he dabbled into politics.

Mr Estrada danced Gangnam Style at the 50^th birthday celebration of his eldest son, Sen. Jinggoy Estrada, by legal wife Loi Ejercito, at the Manila Hotel. The former president and other government officials had been shown doing the same moves in January for the 50^th birthday of lawyer Gigi Reyes, the chief of staff of Senate President Juan Ponce-Enrile.

Mr Enrile himself and some of his staff as well as Ms Reyes's friends were shown doing Gangnam Style.

Other Filipino politicians who attended the senator's birthday bash include Cong. Manny Pacquiao, Senators Loren Legarda, Ernesto Maceda, Tito Sotto and Gringo Estrada. There were also movie stars since the younger Estrada, had followed the footsteps of his father.

Besides going into acting, Jinggoy also went into politics and was included in the corruption charges filed against his father, except. The thing he didn't copy from his father is having many mistresses and love children.

Other Philippine politicians who had been seen dancing Psy's famous song include Health Assistant Secretary Eric Tayag as part of the country's anti-firecracker campaign in December.

The Cebu inmates, the country's YouTube sensation, also did a Gangam Style video a few months ago and it had logged more than 5 million hits since it was posted in the popular video sharing site.
