Indo-Canadian actress Sunny Leone has filed an FIR against small-time actor Kamaal Rashid Khan for "emotionally and mentally disturbing her".

The adult star and KRK's long-running Twitter war took a legal turn this time. KRK, who shot to fame with reality show "Bigg Boss 3", has apparently claimed that Leone made a controversial statement on rape.

The Dubai-based actor alleged the porn star to have said, "Rape is not a crime, it's just a surprise". Following KRK's claim the 31-year-old actress filed an FIR against him.

The actor-filmmaker is quite known for posting ludicrous and vulgar comments on his Twitter page. He has been tweeting against Leone for quite long, forcing the latter to file a complaint.

"Good night and kiss to all beautiful girls on Happy Kiss Day n kick to biggest nautanki porny horny Sunny Leone," he wrote on his Twitter handle on Thursday.

"Sunny Leone said- Dear People tum Valentines Day par mujhe rose denaa aur fir main bhi aapko ROSE hi doongi," he said on Tuesday. "Sunny leone is very good girl. She said on the occasion of rosé day- Mai toh logon ko 'Rose' hi deti hoon."

Leone's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee claimed that she is emotionally and mentally disturbed with KRK's allegations against her. Siddiquee also said that she registered an FIR with Versova police station on Tuesday.

"Sunny is emotionally and mentally very disturbed with the false allegations levied by Kamaal Khan against her, and the cheap and demeaning jokes that he is continuously posting on his twitter account in her name, thereby outraging her modesty openly on a public platform," Siddiquee told IANS.

"Resultantly, she has been crying inconsolably and is not in a proper frame of mind to even talk to the media with regard to such built-up controversies surrounding her.

"As the acts committed by Kamaal Khan are largely cognizable, to protect her legitimate rights and interest we have filed an FIR under Sections 500, 504, 509 of the Indian Penal Code together with Section 66 A of the Information Technology Act 2000," he added.
