Megan Fox just gave birth to her first child, Noah, last September. But while she attends the "March of Dimes Celebration of Babies" last Friday, the actress looked completely back in shape.

The 26-year-old actress was in so much bliss days after she gave birth to her child, Noah. Announcing on her official Facebook account, she shared their joy as a family in welcoming their little bundle of joy.

Megan Fox showed up last Friday for a luncheon at the Beverly Hills Hotel together with other celebrity moms like Hilary Duff and Reese Witherspoon. She arrived together with her husband Brian Austin Green who was dressed in a suit. Meanwhile, Megan looked gorgeous in a lace bodycon dress.

The actress looked as if she never gave birth at all. With her slim figure, it would be hard to guess that she just had a baby a few months ago. But Megan revealed that during her pregnancy, she only gained 23 lbs.

"I only gained 23 pounds when I was pregnant and I'm still 10 pounds heavier, but I don't want to kill myself trying to get back into shape because it's not a priority right now," Megan said in an interview with the Daily Mirror.

"I'm too in love with Noah and I don't want to be away from him. I just want to be home," the actress continued.

Megan also confessed that being a mother has changed her outlook as an actress. She said that she has become more aware of the roles she will portray because it may directly affect her son when he becomes older.

"It changes your perspective about being overly sexual in a film when you have a baby. I'm going to be more cautious about choosing films because I'm already thinking about when he's in school and his friends are going to be showing him my photo shoots with me in a bikini and he's going to be horrified," Megan said. "So that will deter me from making some of the choices I made before."
