In Hollywood, breaking up seems to be a condition of relationships that does not really mean "it's over."

Splitting with your partner or spouse is common among couples who hook up. Days, weeks or months later, reports will emerged that some of these couples patched things up and are back together.

One can bet that at least one hot couple who've been through an acrimonious split will be reported to be trying again.

This year, a lot of couples who broke up are reported trying again to make things better between them and giving it another try. Young couples Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart and Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez ended their respective relationships earlier because of third party scandals. However, the young hearts forgive their partners and gave love another try.

For example, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's highly publicized relationship went down the drain last summer after it was revealed that Kristen had an affair with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders. However, just right before the promotions of their recent film "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2", the two got back together.

This is not a recent trend though. Over the past years, some celebrity couples made headlines due to their splits and graced the same headlines later for getting back together. Some of these Hollywood pairs are J-Lo and Ben, Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee and Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke.
