It looks like the men in Halle Berry's life can't seem to get along peacefully. Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubrey was arrested during a fist fight with her current beau, Olivier Martinez.
Thanksgiving proved to be quite the ruckus for one particular star. Halle Berry finds herself in another controversy involving her ex, model, Gabriel Aubrey. On Thanksgiving morning, the father of Berry's daughter was arrested and is now facing battery charges after an altercation with Olivier Martinez.

In March 2000, Halle Berry was sued by a woman who accused her of negligence and being under the influence during a hit and run incident which threatened to taint Berry's image. Authorities believed that the actress's car crashed into another car shortly after she ran a red light. Berry apologized, did community service, completed her three year probation and her lawyer settled the civil law suit out of court.
According to a report, police found the two men after they responded to a domestic disturbance call over at Doheny Drive, the street in LA where the actress resides. Respondents say that the fight happened a little while after Aubrey dropped off their daughter, Nala, to Berry's house.
Also, it seems that the fight was quite serious as both parties were treated for injuries. Gabriel was transferred from a local hospital to Metro Detention Center, where he faced battery charges. It is said that the model's bail amounted to $20,000.
