Bruno Mars Delivered Funny Impersonations at ‘Saturday Night Live’ [PHOTOS AND VIDEO]
Singer Bruno Mars demonstrated his comical side during a guest appearance at "Saturday Night Live." Audiences were fascinated with the talented singer's hilarious skit as he impersonated other famous music artists such as Katy Perry, Michael Jackson, Billie Joe Armstrong, Steven Tyler and Justin Bieber. Hollywood Reporter suggests that Bruno Mars probably helped the show with its ratings since Lindsay Lohan's guest appearance back in March.
According to Aceshowbiz.com, Bruno Mars portrayed an intern character named Devon, who helped out the Pandora FM's show when the server of the station had technical problems. It was then Bruno Mars delivered the funny yet remarkable impersonation when he sang "Smooth Criminal" by Michael Jackson, "Boyfriend" by Justin Bieber and Katy Perry's "Firework."
On a serious note, Bruno Mars sang two singles from his forthcoming second album "Unorthodox Jukebox" on SNL. Fans were given the privilege to hear the upbeat single "Locked Out of Heaven" as well as the soulful ballad "Young Girls" which will become available on iTunes on November 6. After the success of his debut album "Doo-Wops & Hooligans," expectations are already high for "Unorthodox Jukebox" upon its official release on December 11.
Meanwhile, representatives of Bruno Mars have not given any comments regarding the rumors of a possible acting career for the talented music artist after his spectacular act on "Saturday Night Live." However, Bruno Mars is still expected to make another TV appearance when he performs at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on December 4.
