Crystal Palace have insisted that reported Arsenal target Wilfried Zaha will not be allowed to leave Selhurst Park on the cheap.
There has been increasing speculation that Arsenal could be set to make a move for the highly-rated winger in January, while Liverpool and Manchester City have also been linked to the 19-year-old. But with Palace currently flying high in the Championship, the club are understandably reluctant to allow their prized asset to leave.

Arsene Wenger is reportedly looking to make additions to his Arsenal squad in the January transfer window.
“He is an extraordinary talent,” Palace co-chairman Steve Parish told the South London Press.
“I said at the start of the season that keeping hold of Wilf would be like spending a lot of money on a transfer. Other sides can fly their kites but it would take £20m before we even got interested.
“He has got the lot, provided he keeps his feet on the ground and continues working so hard on his game—then it will all come.
“People would have to compensate us accordingly for losing his talent - that is what a transfer fee is.
“All the teams have got to understand that you get £60m in TV money if you get into the Premier League, which is where we want to get. So we’d need to be compensated for reducing our chances of getting there.”
According to reports, another option for Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is Chelsea forward Daniel Sturridge. The 23-year-old was strongly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in the summer and both the Gunners and Liverpool could launch a bid for his services in January, according to Metro.
The story claims that Chelsea will allow Sturridge to leave for a fee in the region of £15 million.
In a surprising report, the Daily Star has alleged that Arsenal are also interested in Brazil striker Leandro Damiao. The Internacional man has been repeatedly mentioned in connection with a move to Tottenham in recent seasons. According to the Star, however, Arsenal could now pip their North London rivals to the 23-year-old’s signing, in January.
Damiao has established himself as a regular in the Brazilian team over recent times and also finished as top scorer in this summer’s Olympics. This season, Damiao has hit seven goals in 13 Brasileirao games for Internacional.
The story follows on from a report in the Daily Telegraph last week, which stated that Wenger was intent on signing a striker to provide competition for Olivier Giroud in the January transfer window.
While Wenger will reportedly have £35 million to spend in the New Year, further finds could yet been raised with the Daily Mirror claiming that defender Johan Djourou is a £6 million target for Napoli. The 25-year-old Switzerland international has made just one appearance for the Gunners this season, in a Capital One Cup tie with Coventry. With Thomas Vermaelen, Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny all ahead of him in the pecking order, Djourou’s chances of regular first team soccer look slim. According to the Mirror, Wenger will discuss the center-back’s future with him in the coming weeks.
