There is a prenuptial agreement in place that guarantees a minimum payout of roughly $15 million to Spencer, if the couple were together for at least three years, according to the Brisbane Times.
There is also a $3 million trust fund that is set up for each child they had and the prenup signed ahead of their wedding apparently stipulates that Spencer can remain in the marital home valued at $14 million in 2003, and ranked as the most expensive apartment in Sydney, the same year.
