Quarterback Eli Manning and the New York Giants defeated the Carolina Panthers Thursday night on the NFL Network. Time Warner Cable customers will now be able to watch of the NFL Network's Thursday night games thanks to a new deal.

Both teams enter the game at 2-1. The Eagles are home, so they’re favored by 2.5 points. The Giants are consistently good on the road. They’re 33-17 in their last 50 road games.

Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora will look to keep Eagles running back LeSean McCoy at bay. The two have engaged in a war of words on Twitter since last year. McCoy has been very successful against New York, averaging 104 yards and 5.9 yards per carry in the teams’ last four meetings.

He may have to have a big game in order for Philadelphia to win. Michael Vick has made a lot of mistakes through three weeks. The quarterback leads the league in turnovers with six interceptions and two fumbles.

Eli Manning has been one of the best quarterbacks in 2012. He leads the NFL with 1,011 passing yards.

Once again, Manning will be without his top target. Hakeem Nicks will miss his second straight game. Ramses Barden stepped up last week in his absence. The wide out set career highs with nine catches and 138 yards.

Ahmad Bradshaw makes his return to the field and will reclaim his spot in the starting lineup. Andre Brown played well in his absence, gaining 113 yards on the ground and scoring twice.

Prediction: The Eagles are fortunate to have two wins, leading the league with 12 giveaways. If the Giants can limit their mistakes, they’ll walk out of Philadelphia with a win.

Predicted Score: New York 30, Philadelphia 17
