Australian beauty and supermodel Miranda Kerr started her training and intensified her work out routine as preparation for the upcoming Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in November.
Last September 25, the model posted a photo of herself working out and lifting weights on an outdoor patio near a beach with a trainer.
The 29-year-old model tweeted the following caption with her snapshot: "Amping up the training for #victoriassecretfashionshow."
Miranda is already in shape as she practice yoga 30 minutes every morning. She also practice strength and resistance training. Miranda says her workouts always involves a combination of yoga, low-impact cardio, resistance and functional exercise, combined with high-energy training such as boxing or running.
Apart from exercising, Miranda also likes eating organic produce. However, she does not believe in starvation diets or deprivation.
"I love food and enjoy eating fresh organic produce," she said. "I drink warm water and lemon every morning and I also drink lots of good quality purified and preferably alkaline water throughout the day. I treat myself occasionally and don't have any guilt or conditions placed on it. Food is my friend and consistency is the key. I believe that everything in moderation is best," Miranda said in one of her interviews.
Australian supermodel once again graced the pages of the Victoria's Secret catalog wearing skimpy underwear.
In this latest issue, Miranda's collection of underwear is mostly emerald green and deep purple hues as consumers make the transition to autumn wear. Miranda also pulls out some extra sexy vibes in a black lace and suspenders getup, reminding everyone how lucky her husband Orlando Bloom must feel.
The model casually showed off her famous curves in the photos for the lingerie giant. Miranda Kerr is not foreign in posing almost nude infront of the camera.
