Qemu automated root tool for 7in Amazon Kindle Fire HD.
Amazon launched 7in and 8.9in Kindle Fire HD Android tablets earlier in September. XDA recognised contributor sparkym3 has now released an automated tool known as Qemu Automated Root tool that will root the device based on qemu local.prop root method. Users need not install the ADB or the SDK files since the new automated tool consists of all necessary files.
Amazon's newest 7in Kindle Fire HD is powered by a TI OMAP 4460 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz. It ships 1GB of RAM. In terms of display, it sports an IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and packs density of 216 pixel per inch (ppi). The device runs the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) operating system. It comes with 16/32GB internal storage options, while it lacks a memory card slot with an additional memory space.
IBTimes UK advises users to proceed at their own risk and re-iterate we will not be held responsible for any consequences. Please note that the guide below is compatible only with the Amazon's 7in Kindle Fire HD. Users should not try the method on any other device.
