Earlier this week, O.J. Simpson dropped a bombshell when the National Enquirer asserted that he had changed the terms of his will to include Khloe Kardashian, whom the former NFL star allegedly believes is his biological daughter.

The Kardashian family, which has fought off rumors about Khloe's parentage for years, called the claims fabricated.

Khloe Kardashian, the daughter of the late attorney and Simpson pal Robert Kardashian, is currently being considered to host "The X Factor USA," and according to Us Weekly,  she has previously joked that she doesn't look quite like the rest of her siblings. Yet, she has slammed rumors that O.J. Simpson is her biological father.

For years, the youngest Kardashian sister has faced public scrutiny that her hair and complexion appear fairer than that of her three siblings from her mother Kris Jenner's marriage to Robert Kardashian -- Robert Jr., Kim and Kourtney -- who all share noticeably similar coloring and face shapes.

In an April 2009 episode of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians," Kris Jenner even urged Khloe to take a DNA test, supposedly to give her some peace of mind, but Khloe ultimately refuses, saying, "Seriously, my dad is Robert Kardashian. My other dad is Bruce Jenner. If you f---ed other people during the same time and you do not know, go on 'Maury'!"

Although Jenner has yet to appear on "Maury," she did admit in her memoir "Kris Jenner ... and All Things Kardashian," that she had an affair with a younger man during her marriage to Kardashian.

"His name was Ryan and he was a producer. We had wild sex everywhere, all the time," Jenner revealed in her memoir. "One morning, Robert had me followed. He found us at a restaurant."

The couple divorced shortly afterward. Jenner refers to the affair as a huge mistake, and has expressed remorse on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" over the irreparable hurt she believes she caused her ex-husband.

"When you're very young you do a lot of stupid things," Jenner wrote in her book, describing the period during her affair as "a mid-life crisis."

"It's probably the biggest regret of my life that I ended up having an affair. [I was] probably just really naive and stupid and restless and didn't realize that marriage has its ups and downs."

Jenner, however, has never admitted to a relationship with Simpson, and provided testimony against him to the prosecution team in his 1994-95 murder trial. Robert Kardashian met Simpson when they attended college together at the University of Southern California, and the two couples became close friends. Kardashian served on Simpson's defense team during the trial, causing conflict between him and Jenner.

Although Khloe has not openly addressed the rumors that O.J. Simpson claims to be her real father, she did express strong feelings in January when two of Robert Kardashian's exes, Jan Ashley and Ellen Pierson, came forward to reveal that he allegedly knew Khloe was not his biological daughter.

Jan Ashley, who married Kardashian after his divorce from Jenner, told Star Magazine, "Khloe is not his kid -- he told me that after we got married. He just kind of looked at me and said [it] like it was a matter of fact. He said, 'Well, you know Khloe's not really a Kardashian, don't you?'" she told the Daily Mail, in January.

Khloe responded on Twitter, saying, "The audacity you have to mention my father's name like this! [You] should be ashamed of yourself! I let a lot of things slide, but this one is really low ... YOU ARE DISGUSTING!"
