Prince William and Kate Middleton to Embark on Asian Tour, What Will Kate Wear? [PHOTOS]
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are going on another tour, and this time, the royal pair will be visiting Southeast Asia, Hawaii, and parts of the South Pacific.
In behalf of the Queen, William and Kate are set to visit the other side of the world in a series of upcoming royal visits. It is said to be the "most covered" tour the Duke and Duchess has ever done, and will be a press feast all over the world.
William and Kate will visit Singapore, Malaysia, The Solomon Islands, and the tiny island of Tuvalu near Hawaii between September 11 to 19 later this year. Though it may seem like the pair will enjoy visiting resorts, paradise islands, and a banquet of exotic feats, it is unlikely so. According to a report, Queen Elizabeth arranged the itinerary of the royal couple herself which will include visiting rainforests, tasting dishes, botanical gardens and many more.
William and Kate will embark on royal visits in honor of Queen Elizabeth's 60-year Jubilee and to strengthen diplomatic ties, the Duke and Duchess will visit these islands. Other members of the royal family are also set to visit parts of the word, but the royal couple's route is the most exciting of them all.
One of the most-awaited parts of the tour is the showcase of tropical clothing and ensembles the Duchess will be seen wearing. Not to be mistaken, it is said that Kate will only bring a hairdresser and will style herself again. It is also reported that that Kate will bring as much as 30 outfits and borrowed jewels from the Queen.
Because of this, fashion critics, photographers, and magazines are excited for Kate's first Asian tour. Kate is known to don simple silhouettes, nude colors and sleek dresses. But since this is her first time to visit a humid set of islands, should wild colors and skimpy clothing be expected?
