The model lays a protective hand over her growing baby bump during a shopping trip with a friend

Amber Rose has been snapped with what appears to be photographic evidence that she is pregnant.

Although Rose and fiance rapper Wiz Khalifia's have not made an official announcement, photos have emerged of the model sported an obvious baby bump.

Dressed casually in a black vest and leggings and a red baseball cap, she can be seen holding her belly protectively as she walks along the street during a shopping trip with a friend. 

Rose, 28, who previously dated Kanye West, got engaged to Wiz, real name Cameron Jibril Thomaz, in March.

In August, the hip-hop star denied claims she was expecting their first child.

He told MTV.com: "I'm saying here that is not what people think it is. But she will have my baby in life and you guys will know when she's pregnant. But it's not the time now for people to start going crazy."

A source close to the couple told celebrity website Radar Online that the pregnancy was unexpected but that Rose was pleased to be starting a family with Wiz.

"They're really happy to be starting a family together," said the source. "Amber's already had to make some big lifestyle changes, like not smoking cigarettes any more.

"As a model she's used to having a thin waist so this is going to be an adjustment for her."

The baby is reportedly due in January.
