Actress Jennifer Aniston may be a huge Hollywood star that earns a lot of money from her films but when it comes to love, it appears that she refuses to protect her fortune by not signing a pre-nuptial agreement with fiancé Justin Theroux.

Under the California law, a partner is entitled to fifty percent of the other's estate and this could take a big hit if the couple will split. Is Jennifer Aniston making the right decision?

According to reports, the 43-year old Aniston is said to be very confident that her relationship with Justin Theroux will work out and last. The newly engaged couple will be making no arrangements if ever the time comes for them to divorce. Aniston wants to show that she is committed to her marriage and sources claim that the actress is adamant about her decision because she trusts her fiancé completely.

Even though Justin Theroux had a successful career, the actor-screenwriter seems to be nowhere near to where Jennifer Aniston's career is at right now. The news about Jennifer Aniston not wanting to sign a pre-nuptial agreement has not exactly gone down well with the people who are close to the "Just Go With It" actress for they fear that Justin Theroux could walk away with half of her fortune and leave Jennifer Aniston broken hearted again if things do not go well between them.

"Jen is a romantic and says she wants to show her commitment to the marriage by abandoning any ideas of a pre-nup," a friend of Jennifer Aniston explained to Grazia magazine. "Jennifer says she is madly in love with Justin and is extremely confident that the marriage will work. She's extending her trust to Justin when it comes to their assets," Aniston's friend further added.

Meanwhile, it has also been reported that Aniston's advisors had suggested that she should safeguard her fortune by coming up with a pre-nuptial agreement before her big wedding day. Apparently, Jennifer Aniston's loved ones are described to be less relaxed about the idea. "Apparently it's left her family a little nervous," a source shared. Well, despite being married before, Jennifer Aniston looks determined and really not worried about losing any money if her relationship with Justin Theroux turns sour and ends up in divorce.
