"Iron Chef" Cat Cora, 45, has narrowly avoided Jail time after being cited last month for driving under the influence after a traffic accident in her hometown of Santa Barbara, Calif.

According to MSNBC, the talented chef was charged with one count of DUI and one count of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher. Her actual blood-alcohol level was determined to be .20 and .19 from two breath samples administered on the scene, according to the report.

The "Around the World in 80 Plates" co-host was sentenced to three years of probation and nine months of DUI school, and she paid a $2,386 fine. she also received a 120-day suspended jail sentence, which she likely won't serve if she performs her other duties.

"I deeply regret my decision to drive that evening after my designated driver became unavailable," Cora said in a statement shortly after her arrest. "I learned a very important lesson from this experience and take full accountability for my actions. This will never happen again."

Cora has four children with her longtime partner, Jennifer Cora.
